Ardelt is a company with great tradition. Founded in 1902, the Ardelt works manufactured slewing cranes, mobile cranes and railway cranes as well as portal cranes already in the 1930ies. We are specialised in designing and manufacturing highly efficient Slewing Cranes and Gantry Cranes. We are the World Market Leader in the field of Double Jib Level Luffing Cranes.

We are looking at short notice for an employee with the following qualification:

CONTRACT MANAGER (M/F/N)

CONTRACT MANAGER (M/F/N)

Your duties:

  • Planning and implementing the customer order through to final acceptance
  • First point of contact for the customer
  • Project management (technical and commercial implementation; planning of deadlines, resources and capacity)
  • Processing of existing orders for different countries and customers:

    • Monitoring the order workflow, including internal coordination
    • Creating or obtaining documents and documentation for the customer
    • Responding to customer queries
    • Customer care
    • Project controlling and reporting of deadlines, costs and quality
    • Conflict resolution and problem-solving

  • Compiling and distributing documents to the specialist departments


What we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed technical or business degree (BA, college or university)
  • Professional experience in managing complex projects and in the area of international project management and control is desirable
  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications and experience in using ERP systems
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, second foreign language desirable
  • Autonomous and independent negotiation skills
  • International travel required
  • Customer-oriented and flexible thinking and actions
  • Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills, independent working style, resilience, commitment and flexibility
